Simon has been teaching drums for over 10 years. His real world experience from gigging in a wide variety of genres as well as having studied at The Guildhall School Of Music And Drama and privately with Bob Armstrong has given him a wide variety of approaches to teaching to be able to tailor each lesson to each student. 

 

‘One of the things I really enjoy about teaching is seeing a student’s excitement when they perfectly execute what they have been working on and when the imaginary light bulb above their head suddenly turns on from the realisation of the possibilities now musically available to them. Music is FUN and should be an enjoyable thing when learning whether it being working on a song or learning your first groove’
